Warranty: The Insured person(s) warrant that they are not travelling contrary to the advice of a Medical Practitioner; or for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment. Insured Person must be domiciled in Singapore. No Refund is allowed for 'Single Trip' Plan once the Certificate of Insurance has been issued. No insurance is in force until AXA Insurance has accepted this form
