Raison d'etre of Database
AXA Assistance may obtain and maintain personal records that are necessary to provide its Services efficiently :
For instance, we may obtain sensitive information about customer's health, membership programs, insurance details and other personal data, so as not to frustrate the customer by asking him these details each time he calls for service.

Such sensitive information is used only for the purposes of extending the assistance services and for no other means.

Confidentiality Control
As AXA Assistance also works strictly on a Business-to-Business level and does not have any direct marketing action at all and has absolutely no fervent in any database. In addition, AXA Assistance in its Agreements with its clients, always includes a clause that will highlight its Confidentiality obligation.

So, at every moment our clients can be sure that their data in in good hands: Our reputation is at stake ! And at AXA Assistance we do not play with this reputations.
