AXA Assistance has created a sequence of operational and administrative processes and invested in the latest technology to continuously progress in providing excellent service to our customers.

Our in-house case management systems allow us to find any appointed AXA Assistance provider in an instant. By the click of a button, all pertinent information about a Provider is immediately made available to our Assistance Coordinators. In addition a special on-line feedback system allows our network department to obtain immediate information in the event of any issue encoutered by our Assistance Provider for any of our cases, thus enabling us the fastest response time to act and correct the issue encountered immediately.

In addition, regular meetings are conducted with our clients and our Operations in order to identify areas of improvement for our Network.

By doing this we ensure that all customer needs are fulfilled.
