- Yes, these services can be offered to our clients in various countries in the region. Please contact us for details.

Do these services apply only in case of Emergency?
- Usually, our services are provided only in case of Emergency: When the customer is exposed to risks that may cause danger to him/her physically, when his home is in unacceptable living conditions, or when he is unable to access his house because of lost keys. However, we have expanded these services to non-emergency cases. Our customers now can use our services for daily convenience.

Are the charges covered by AXA Assistance?
We have different types of programs.
- Programs where all costs are borne solely by the customer or your company or a partner insurance company.
- Programs where AXA ASSISTANCE will bear up to a certain amount for the cost of the services rendered.
