- Is the vehicle assistance limited to towing services?
- No, we provide a wide range of services. We help arrange for alternative transportation for the customer so that he/she can complete his/her journey. We also help to provide accommodation if the customer is stranded in the middle of the night.
- If we use your services, is it compulsory to use your panel of workshop?
- No. In Singapore our customers can select their own preferred workshop (however, you may be obligated to use the panel of workshop set by your insurance company, please refer to your insurance policy wording)
In Malaysia, towing will usually be done to the nearest appropriate workshop so that emergency repairs can be performed immediately.
- Do you cover Malaysia?
- Yes, we do cover Malaysia. We also cover Thailand. In both countries, we are one of the most important players in the Road Side Assistance market.
- How does 'Theft Assistance' work?
- assist the customer to complete his/her journey, or to return to Singapore.
- Does Vehicle Assistance cover Malaysian vehicles?
- Normally we do not do so. However, it depends on the contract. Our assistance services can be customized to meet requirements spelled out by individual company.
- Can we extend benefits to family members?
- Yes, benefits can be extended to family members who travel in the same vehicle.
