Making its appearance in 1983, AXA Assistance Singapore is the first assistance company in the Asia-Pacific region. Followed by the establishments made in 8 other countries around Asia; Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Taipei & Thailand.

In addition to these countries AXA Assistance has representative agents in all the other countries in the region and does provide its services to citizens of India, Korea, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Mongolia, Pakistan, Laos, Myanmar, Maldives, Nepal, Philippines and East Timor. The total number of cases handled by our offices in the region exceeds 250,000 cases per year. Our Asia offices employ over 350 staff that is highly trained and multilingual. The call centre operators, administrative officers, doctors and paramedics are always on the alert to reach out to clients round the clock.
